300 Mass Ave Space Reservation

Thank you for you interest in hosting your event at 300 Mass Ave.

Use the form below to make your request. This form is for reserving the open event space (110) at 300 Mass Ave. Space is available Monday – Friday, 9 a.m. – 9 p.m. and Saturday and 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. Times may vary during holidays and university breaks.  All events held in 110 must have an Advancement sponsor.

300 Mass Ave is a space primarily for use by students to study, meet, and engage with each other. Reservations requests are approved based on potential interruption of student use. Submission of this form does not confirm use of the space. We will be in contact.

Audio/Visual

The AV capabilities for spaces in 300 Mass Ave are very limited as it is a wireless building with no AV system built into the space. The space has two mobile hubs and one portable speaker and microphone system available. If your event requires additional AV needs, you will need to connect with Northeastern ITS or an outside vendor.
